Depending on the country you’re returning your order from and the courier you choose, delivery times may vary, so please bear this in mind before contacting our Customer Service team.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, you will receive a return confirmation email.
Please note that once your items have been received by the warehouse, it can take up to 7 days for your return to be processed. It can then take up to a further 5 days for your refund to appear in your account.
Please be mindful that during busy Sale periods, these timeframes may be longer.
If you have not received an email to confirm your return has been received after 10 working days, please contact our Customer Service team with the following information:
Your order number
Your full name and email address
Your return tracking number
Proof of postage, such as a receipt
We will then look to resolve your return query as soon as possible.
