WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
You have 30 days from the point of delivery to return all BOA purchases for a full refund. This includes Sale items or products purchased with a discount code.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. It must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be free of marks, hairs and perfume.
Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been removed.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer exchanges. If an exchange is required, please return your original order and then re-purchase your desired size/colour.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30 day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original, unworn condition. In the event that either of these conditions are not met, the return goods will be shipped back to sender.
NOTE: All Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the returns, however booking a return through our Returns Portal is likely to be more cost effective than arranging shipping with a courier yourself.
In the event we do not receive your return, we will require proof of postage in the form of a receipt, preferably with a tracking number included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.
*Please note it can take up to 21 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
