In the unlikely event that you've received the wrong item(s), please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Your Full Name

  • Your order number

  • The name/size of the item(s) you should have received

  • The name/size of the actual item(s) you received

  • A photo of the incorrect item(s) you received

Once we’ve received this information, we will ensure the issue is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. You may be asked to return the incorrect item to us, please click here for guidance on how to create a return.

Please note, all claims for orders with incorrect items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
