In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with the following information:

  • Your Full Name

  • Your order number

  • The name of the faulty item

  • A clear photograph of the fault in question, along with a description

Once we've received this information, we will work with you to resolve this issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the faulty item back to us. Please click here for guidance on how to create a return.

Please note, all claims for faulty items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. An item cannot have been altered or amended in any way in order for it to qualify as faulty.
